Warranty Statement
Any failure of porcelain, metal or other materials of prosthesis fabricated by Marqué Dental Laboratory, Inc. will be replaced at NO CHARGE for the LIFE of the patient.
**CONDITIONS: - Original unit(s) must be returned (whole or pieces) with prescription explaining failure.
- Month and year of original seating date must accompany remake.
- Any failure of natural supporting dentition voids warranty.
- Doctor must be an active and current client of Marqué in good standing.

Marque Dental Laboratory, Inc will not guarantee against breakage of any removable appliance required for the fabrication process of any fixed restorative.
